Applying for one of our properties is easy. Simply tell us about yourself in our online note of interest form and we’ll contact you to arrange a viewing of your chosen property. You’ll find a link to this below. If the property suits you, we’ll help you through the reference process. This includes arranging your deposit and completing the tenancy agreement – which all takes place online for added convenience. Of course, should you need a human touch, our team is always more than happy to answer any questions you might have.
That’s not all. Once you move into a property, you’ll have secure online access to documents relating to the property – meaning no papers and no cluttering up your inbox. In the event that you have a repair to report, we use a quick and helpful interactive repair portal, FixFlo which you can access via the link below. Here you’ll be able to diagnose and solve a problem as well as report a repair directly to us. Once reported, we will take appropriate action to resolve an issue.
