We present a list of options for you to consider which, with your agreement, is streamlined into a shortlist of properties to target. Viewings are either in person with you or, if you are not based in Edinburgh, we can visit properties for you and show you around via live video link.

Our expert eyes will check a property for its letting potential and make informed recommendations to optimise your yield. We assist with the offering process and liaise with your solicitor until a property is secured. Once purchased, we can pick up keys and move forward with the letting and management of your acquisition. That’s not all – we can even renovate your property for you.
